Silent Cremation

A Silent Cremation is a quick and budget friendly option. We collect the deceased and arrange for the cremation to happen as soon as possible. There is no church service involved but families may have their own private service once the ashes are returned/collected.

Excluding: Pamphlets, Church fees, Engraving on the wooden urn, Private doctors fees

The following must be provided:

  • Original South African(passport if non RSA citizen) ID of deceased and copy of informant’s(usually next of kin) ID
  • Information on any policies the deceased may have had in order to assist with the claiming process.
  • Location of deceased. PS: If person has not passed away yet, please inform hospital or old age home staff that you intend to use SAF-BOB Funerals should the time come. Please provide them with our contact details as well.
  • A completed Schedule A form which will be provided by us.
  • Any clothing that you want us to dress the deceased in.
